There are two traditional spraying methods of silicone oil: 1. Pour the needle tube and rubber piston into the silicone oil tank, soak it and then take it out for drying. In the process of drying, the silicone oil will fall off, the silicification performance is not uniform, and the control of silicone oil consumption is not strict. 2. Spray by spray gun, in this way, the spraying performance is not ideal. 

The ideal spraying performance requires high accuracy dispensing system. which requires dispensing system to achieve high accuracy and micro volume dispensing. In addition, it need a high-performance fluid atomizer.
